Once you have made the decision to sell, your agent will need a Contract of Sale drawn up to be able to market the property.

As a Vendor you have a duty of disclosure and a requirement to provide a list of prescribed documents in the Contract. We will order the required documents on your behalf and consult with you to ensure all matters required to be disclosed are included in the contract.

We make getting a Contract drawn up an easy process where we will just need some information from you to begin the transaction.

Our fixed fee includes all searches and certificates required for the Contract.
